Port açmanın kotayla bir ilgisi yok. Sağlıklı bir yayın için gerekli sadece.

Ama şu kadarını söyleyeyim:

Dj olan kişinin upload kotası dolar. (upload ücrete tabii değil)

Dinleyicilerin ise download kotası dolar.
