dolayisiyle USB modemlere port açılmaz zaten tüm portlar açıktır o tür modemlerde

eger port sorunuz varsa sizin bilgisayarınızdaki firewall veya başka bir güvenlik yazılımı

flatcast UDP 40123 portunu engelliyodur

yani modeminizde yapmanız gereken herhangi bişey işlem yoktur
