temayı göremiyorum

arkadaşlar benim sorunum leptobumda yaptığım temaları görememek windows7 kullanıyorum temayı hazırlayıp urlesini alıp radyoya yüklüyorum dışarı çıkarıp masa üstüne atıyorum ama görüne dosya yok ortada bunu nasıl çözümleyebilirim? :bilmem:
